K.H. Sprague is a lifelong scribbler of stories, most in the genre of non-fiction, memoir style, and spoken word & poetry. A staunch supporter of independent thought and literacy, she believes that humans simply cannot be lost causes. She has worked endlessly to create spaces for people of all walks to express and be received in the ways that best align with their own spirits.

She is based in the Finger Lakes region of New York State where she shares her days with her children, fantastically talented husband Sam, and their rescue furbies, the feline Mama Orangie & canine Scottie-Gal, as well as one fat, happy, bubbly goldish named Peach & and a mini-jungle of houseplants, succulents and vines.

You can find her exploring the local hideaways and back roads, attempting to make useful and interesting things out of fibers (mostly knitting, but some crochet & weaving), or participating in personal ministry through the grace of the people of Christ Episcopal Church (Willard, NY) as a lay preacher and unofficial community engagement coordinator. She hopes to add more local outreach to the agenda in the future, and welcomes any ideas for collaboration to manifest such positive things.
